“Yes, she has 90 days (sober)” said De La Garza in his interview with “Conversations With Maria Menounos” this Friday.
“And I could not be more grateful and more proud of her because addiction being a disease, it’s work.”
The mother of the singer of “Sorry Not Sorry” admitted that she did not know the seriousness of the problem before the overdose.
“I knew she was not sober, but let me clarify. I did not know what she was doing … I just knew that she was not sober. “
When asked what she thought had caused Demi’s relapse, De La Garza replied:
