SAARC Summit Preparation Completed Delegation Heads Arrivals Schedule Out

The government has said that all the preparations work has been completed for the 18th SAARC summit in Kathmandu which will be held on 26-27 this November. An estimated 200 Million NRS has been already issued on different topics like  physical construction, renovation, security, communication, tourism promotion, guest welcoming  etc. Home Ministry has already implemented  it’s traffic and security planning inside and outside of Kathmandu valley. The government has decided to give 2 days public holiday within Kathmandu valley and all the educational institutions will be closed for 4 days.
Like wise the Odd-Even traffic rule has been imposed from today in Kathmandu valley whereas the meeting of the 41st session of the Standing Committee of the SAARC has already began at Hotel Soaltee in Kathmandu which will continue also tomorrow.

Tshering Tobgay, Prime Minister of Bhutan: 11:45am
Abdulla Yameen, President of Maldives: 12:05 pm
Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India: 3:00-3:30pm
Nawaz Sharif, Prime Minister of Pakistan: 3:35pm
Sheikh Hasina, Prime Minister of Bangladesh: 4:15pm
