The investigation was initiated as a result of the victim’s complaint. According to the first inquiries, the couple of the woman witnessed part of the events since he was waiting for her at the exit of the building. The complainant stated that when she tried to leave through the portal of her block, she was approached in a surprise manner by a neighbor who subjected her to touching her in her private areas, while at the same time proposing sex for money.
The investigations allowed the investigators to identify and locate the alleged perpetrator – a 71-year-old neighbor – who has been arrested for his alleged involvement in a crime against freedom and sexual indemnity in the form of sexual abuse.
