Ashmi Shrestha Crowned Miss Nepal 2016

Ashmi Shrestha has won the title of Miss Nepal 2016 in the final event held at Annapurna Hotel in Capital on Friday evening. Ashmi  has won the  crown of  Miss Nepal 2016 among the 19 contestants who had been participating in 3 months long training.

 

Miss Nepal 2016 Ashmi Shrestha will be participating at Miss World 2016 representing Nepal.

Roshany Khatri has bagged the First Runner Up title whereas Barsha Lekhi  has won the Second

Runner Up Title. First Runner Up Roshany and Second Runner Up Barsha  will take part in Miss Universe and Miss International respectively representing Nepal.

The second Runner Up winner Barsha  was also given with free Nepal Airlines Ticket. Similarly Philippine Airlines has given a free ticket to Miss Nepal Earth Roshny Khatri.

The reigning Miss Nepal 2015 Miss Evana Manandhar has handed over the crown to new Miss Nepal 2016.

Judges for the final event of Miss Nepal 2016 included singer Indira Joshi, actor Jeevan Luintel etc.

The final event was aired live on Nepal Television and YouTube by V-mag,  a multimedia partner of Kantipur Publication.
