The office of the secretarial of Constituent Assembly has informed that the CA is all set to announce the new constituent at 5:00 pm on 20th September.
According to House Chairman Subash Nembang, he will invite president Ram Baran Yadab to announce the new constitution where some foreign dignitaries and diplomats will also be invited to witness the glorious occasion at the CA hall of BICC in New Baneshwar Kathmandu. According to the timeline of CA it will complete endorsing all the Articles of new constitution by 17.After that all CA members will sign the copy of new constitution and the house chairman will authencitate it before the announcement of commencement of new constitution by President Ram Baran Yadav at the formal event.
The meeting of CA has already endorsed 57 Articles of new constitution which included several articles with proposal of ammendments.After the ammendments , it will be part of the new constitution.
