Several cases of vandalism, disruption and even attacks have been reported from different parts of the nation while taking public opinion and suggestion on the new draft constitution.
 
In Rautahat the local have protested and disrupted the program where UML leader was participating inside a close camp. Locals demanding access inside the discussion camp have tried to enter inside resulting several clashes with police. Unsatisfied  participants inside the camp have hurled chairs each other and vandalized micks and chairs.
 
In Nuwakot someone unidentified person have hurled petrol bomb on the vehicle of Finance Minister Ram Sharan Mahat while going to Nuwakot for taking public opinion on draft constitution. Maht and his vehicle have escaped safe in the incident.

In Hetaunda Pramila Thapa, wife of RPP Nepal Chairman Kamal Thapa, has been injured in the clash between locals and police when the former demanded a program at an open area giving access for everyone. Likewise there has been several clashes between police and RPP Nepal cadres.
In Dharan cadres   of Limbuwan have tried to interrupt the program while Lawmaker Krishna Kumar Rai was speaking at the public consultation program at Community Hall.
 
Some people have been detained in Darchula demanding Hinduism in the new constitution.
 
More cases of clashes and disruption have been reported from Mahottari, Saptari, Dang, Bara, janakpur, Biratnagar etc.
 
Despite clashes and disruption, public participation on discussing and giving suggestion on draft constitution is  excitingly going on.
